will.i.am, Video Justin Bieber Perform New Song on Dancing with the Stars Results Show Apr 24th 2013, 12:02 Tuesday was not a great night for Victor Ortiz. The box was voted out of the Dancing with the Stars results show. But the evening went a lot better for fans of will.i.am and Justin Bieber, as the superstars teamed up for a live performance of "Thatpower." Sort of! Bieber, of course, is touring Europe at the moment, but the wonders of technology allowed him to sing his role in this track via giant video screen.
