Following days of rumors and speculation, a source tells Us Weekly that 'N Sync will, indeed, reunite for a special performance at tomorrow night's MTV Video Music Awards.
"They will reenact some of their greatest videos in a medley," alleges this insider, saying most tracks will be off the group's 2000 album No Strings Attached. "Then Justin will sing his new song 'Take Back the Night' and get his [Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award]."
Adding to the chatter? 'N Sync just joined Twitter, writing as the group's first post:
"Mic check, mic check one.. two… is this thing on?!" the band wrote for their first tweet.
If a reunion does actually take place, it will the first time on stage for Justin Timberlake, J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick as a quintet in a decade.

Mike Tyson, a celebrity whose career resume reads like no other - world boxing champion, convicted rapist, ear biter, Hangover star, Tony Awards singer - opened up to reporters at a press conference yesterday.
Big, disturbing time.
"I wanna change my life, I wanna live a different life now," the 47-year old said. "I wanna live my sober life. I don't wanna die. I'm on the verge of dying, because I'm a vicious alcoholic."
Tyson - who has been in rehab on three different occasions - went on to say he's been living a lie and has been abusing substances for years... but is now six days sober and hopes to remain that way.

The Rancho Cordova Police and Sacramento County Sheriff deputies were called in Thursday to deal with an elderly gentleman who was scrubbing down his vehicle in his birthday suit.
When they approached, he grabbed an umbrella in self-defense and tried to use bug spray on the officers.
Authorities then failed in an effort to tase him... so he ran into his home... where guns and drugs were eventually discovered ... and, sigh, just watch the following report for a lot more on this unusual story:
A petition on Change.org is calling on Warner Bros. to reverse its decision and remove Ben Affleck as Batman, citing such problems with the actor as his Boston accent, his puny physique and his lack of intimation.
In part, the message reads:
His acting skill is not even close to being believable as Bruce Wayne and he won't do the role justice. He's not built, nor is he intimidating enough for the role of Batman. His portrayal of Daredevil was atrocious and he's not remotely close to an action star. Please find someone else.
The petition already have 10,000 signatures, while The White House's petition system has also fielded a request... to make it ILLEGAL for Affleck to don the famous cape and cod piece.

Chris Brown is raising eyebrows again, this time by giving a shout out to an L.A. street gang. Always a smart move whilst in the midst of controversy.
The crew earning props from Breezy? The Pirus, a subset of the Bloods.
The singer was in Honolulu Thursday, where he hired a guide to take him and his crew around to places on Oahu where he could legally spray paint.
Brown, as fans know, is a talented artist who often spray paints graffiti, legally. He removed it from the outside of his house after neighbors complained.
Anyway, in Hawaii, he tagged up his signature graffiti monster art with the phrase "Fruits Piru," a clear reference to the Fruit Town Piru gang ... followed by:
"F**k police."
The singer took his apparent Piru loyalties to new heights on Twitter, too, calling out Jay-Z for not letting wife Beyonce collaborate with him.
He's not worried about Jay, though, because he's got tight Blood ties.
Seriously. It's weird, because last year, he denied gang affiliations:
"I'm no gangbanger!" Brown wrote. "Where im from we say cuz, blood, folk, woadie, homie, patna, its slang and ebonics! US KIDS USE THESE TERMS."
Just to clarify, Brown showing love to a gang is not illegal, nor does it violate his probation. It's just not intelligent, one could argue, for myriad reasons.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's rep confirmed that she accepted his proposal at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, Mexico on Thursday.
Bluher popped the question to the Bravo star at sunset on the beach in a white tent filled with white roses and lilies, then celebrated with a lavish dinner.
"The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is where we fell in love, it was the perfect choice for this wonderful occasion," Bluher said of "Taylor was beautiful."
"She never stopped smiling! it was an amazing evening, a ten all round!"
It will be the second marriage for Armstrong, as fans are well aware.
Taylor and Russell Armstrong, who had a volatile and at times combative relationship before he took his own life, had daughter Kennedy, now 6.
Taylor developed a drinking problem after his death, she admits.
"Thankfully, I had an amazing support system," she adds. "They helped me realize it was time for me to feel my emotions and let the healing begin."
Back in June, she called Bluher "a gentle, loving soul ... I am blessed."
A wedding date has not yet been set yet, but congrats all around!

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage is on the rocks, and it looks like more than just idle gossip about Jennifer Richardson and Polina Polonsky.
Reports say he has a serious drug problem.
The 33-year-old NBA player has battled drug addiction for two years, and it reached the point last summer where she pressured him to go to rehab.
He did so, but Khloe Kardashian was so skeptical of his sincerity that she hired private investigators to wait outside 24/7 to make sure he didn't bail.
After three weeks and at least that many arguments over him leaving, he bolted for good, but did reportedly stay clean through the 2012-13 NBA season.
When the season ended this spring though, Lamar's recreational drug use returned. As for the persistent cheating rumors that have dogged him?
Both Jennifer Richardson and Polina Polonsky have gone on the record, and into detail, claiming they had sexual relationships with the NBA star.
Khloe believes Lamar did in fact cheat on her, but feels that's almost secondary to his drug problem, which she's treating as the primary concern.
It's that bad.
"Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage," a source tells TMZ, adding that Kim Kardashian's younger sister is not divorcing him.
At least not yet. She hasn't hired a lawyer (nor as he), and she recently posted a pointed message to the haters, telling them simply not to judge.
And get this: Khloe and her entire family are believed to have staged an intervention last week, trying to convince Lamar Odom to go back to rehab.
He was not receptive to the idea, and so after the intervention failed, Khloe threw Lamar out of the house. Odom was seen putting some stuff in a friend's car.
Crazy stuff, and certainly not encouraging for Khlomar, though if you're looking for a silver lining, it's clear she does not want to throw in the towel.
Some people might get married just for TV ratings, then end it after 72 days, but this is not that. Khloe is willing to forgive a lot ... IF Lamar cares.
It sounds serious, and if they do split, it won't be for lack of effort.

The actor and wife Hilaria Thomas welcomed their first child together this afternoon in New York City, with the new mother Tweeting not long afterward:
"We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela. She is absolutely perfect. @ABFalecbaldwin @IrelandBBaldwin."
The 28-year old yoga instructor announced she was expecting in March, while also admitting the pregnancy was unplanned.
"It really is the most amazing thing, I'm lucky," Baldwin said at the time.
Carmen marks the first child for the married twosome, while the Emmy winner is the father of 17-year-old Ireland Baldwin from his previous marriage to Kim Bassinger.

After doing considerable damage to her empire, the racial and sexual discrimination lawsuit against Paula Deen has now been formally dismissed.
It is believed that a confidential settlement was reached.
In any case, the suit by Lisa Jackson - which blew up against Deen when she admitted using racial slurs in a deposition, which leaked to the media - is no longer.
Jackson, who worked as General Manager at Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House in Georgia, filed a lawsuit claiming racial and sexual harassment.
Deen denied any racial discrimination at work or toward Jackson or other employees; her admission of racial slurs pertained to using them in the past.
The exact context of the slurs she used is not known, nor is the source of the deposition's leak, which caused the dominoes to fall fast and hard for Deen.
Now the entirety of Jackson's lawsuit has been dismissed, and while TMZ reports that all signs point to a settlement, any terms appear to be confidential.
The deposition video has been blocked by court order and will never be released, so the matter is officially closed, albeit still tinged with controversy.
Long story short: any racial slurs made by Deen, or comments that she and her cohorts may or may not have made, were deemed of no consequence.
Discrimination of a sexual nature was also disputed by Paula, though we'll never know how it would have played out, given the apparent settlement.
Regardless, it's rather ironic that Deen's career took a MASSIVE hit because of a leaked deposition, and not anything alleged in the actual lawsuit.
