A newly-rehabbed Lindsay Lohan celebrated her July 2 birthday this week (she was on lockdown then), ringing in the occasion without any pants to be found. Really, who needs 'em? Lindsay Lohan: No Pants Time! LiLo was in SoHo celebrating the big 2-7 and looking risque as ever in an oversized white button-down and no evidence of pants, Risky Business style. Her legs do look great, and she's shown that she's at least taking rehab and recovery semi-seriously this time around, so we'll let it slide. Still ... when one starts seeing the words "Lindsay Lohan" and "no pants" bandied about, the images that follow in one's mind do not involve a straight-arrow. Just saying.
