Blake Shelton to Headline Oklahoma Tornado Fundraiser on NBC, Sister Networks May 25th 2013, 19:49 The world of country music will come together for an important cause on May 29. With Blake Shelton leading the way, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Vince Gill and many others will perform on "Healing in the Heartland," a fundraiser that will benefit victims of this month's Oklahoma tornado. It will air on at 9 p.m. EST on NBC, Style, G4, Bravo, E! and CMT on either a live or delayed basis. In light of the tragedy earlier in the week, Shelton and Lambert performed "Over You" on The Voice results show, while donations continue to pour in from celebrities around the nation. Carrie Underwood and Kevin Durant, for example, have each contributed $1 million to the cause. Readers looking to help can text REDCROSS to 90999 to give $10 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief or they can call 1-800-RED CROSS for more information. "This is what's happening to our press," Tantaros said on air. "This is Obama's America. It's like the Soviet Union. He said he would change the country. Robbie Rogers, Gay Soccer Player, Signs with Galaxy May 25th 2013, 18:57 Robbie Rogers has signed a contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer, meaning he will soon become the first openly gay athlete to participate in an American team sport. The former U.S. national team wing blogged in February that he was both homosexual and taking a break from the sport, writing at the time: "Secrets can cause so much internal damage. People love to preach about honesty, how honesty is so plain and simple. Try explaining to your loved ones after 25 years you are gay." Since that time, Jason Collins has come out as gay and Rogers has received support from his friends and family members, along with players in the MLS. Rogers told USA Today that his decision to return to the field was influence by a speaking engagement last month in front of a group of about 500 children at the Nike Be True LGBT Youth Forum in Portland, Oregon. "I seriously felt like a coward," he told the newspaper. "These kids are standing up for themselves and changing the world, and I'm 25, I have a platform and a voice to be a role model. How much of a coward was I to not step up to the plate?" It's unclear when Rogers will see his first game action, though Los Angeles plays tomorrow night. He also said he has an eye on making the 2014 World Cup squad.

"I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs," she wrote, following a court appearance during which she denied the bong toss and donned a wig. "I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!" Yes, that is the important thing, Amanda. Bynes concluded her online message with the emoticon ":D," but judge Neil Ross wasn't smiling yesterday when he released her without bail. He told the star that if she gets arrested again - or if she pulls a no-show for her July 9 hearing - he will "set a significant bail."
