From Rob's weight gain and possible "food addiction" to increasingly temperamental behavior with the paparazzi and even his family, he's not in a good place.
Calling Kim Kardashian names because she's huge and pregnant? Minus 100.
When his car got towed, no one believed him or went to get him. Plus 50.
"I took a cab home because y'all are dickheads who couldn't come pick me up. It's just f--ked up that you all thought I was lying and didn't come pick me up. You guys suck!" - Rob
They do suck at times, but you asked for this one, bro. Plus 50.
Kris Jenner said it's 'cause he's "full of sh!t most of the time." Plus 25 for the tough love and Plus 25 more for contacting a therapist on Rob's behalf.
"I don't buy any of that sh!t," is Rob's response. Minus 100.
Kris said she was worried about him spending so much time in his room, as if he were a frustrated and withdrawn teenager. She's right about this one.
Time to grow a pair and live like a man, Rob. Even if that means going to a therapist and letting them help you get to that better place in your own head.
They way she described it made Kris Jenner legitimately seem worried for him, not just as part of a scripted storyline to boost ratings ... for once.

Scott Disick has social anxiety issues this week, apparently. We give the guy credit as the show's resident utility player, but please, E! Minus 100.
We have seen Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian Odom get into feuds in the past, but this week it was Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
When the younger Jenner was lagging behind in getting ready for a photo shoot with her big sister, Kendall grew upset and decided she'd had enough.
"I just think I need a break from Kendall," Kylie said, but the separation only made things worse, and even Khloe couldn't help them get past it. Minus 25.
Sometimes, you gotta go to a trampoline place and "jump it out," though.
By the end of the night, it looks like it worked. They patched things up, and were back to doing what they do, Instagramming baby pics together. Plus 25.
Best line of the night, hands down, goes to Khloe, with this gem directed at Kyle: "So fucking pee in your white snow pants you little bitch." Plus 125.
