The actor and actress were spotted flying into Sardinia Airport in a private jet on Thursday and later seen playing a game of tonsil hockey aboard a large boat over the weekend.
The Daily Mail has posted the revealing, bathing suit-clad images of these stars packing on the PDA together.
The new romance comes on the heels of Rodriguez's reported breakup with female model Cara Delevingne, while Efron had been rumored to be dating his Neighbors co-star Halston Sage.
Rodriguez, of course, is no stranger to public makeout sessions.
