Carl Pistorius, the brother of Oscar Pistorius, is ALSO charged with murder.
Oscar's older sibling faces 15 years in prison after allegedly killing a female biker in a fatal car crash; he's been charged with culpable homicide.
ENCA news, a South African TV channel, says the crash took place in 2010 and prosecutors say Pistorius' reckless driving led to the death a motorcyclist.
Carl's lawyer recently told the station that Carl "deeply regrets the accident," but was adamant his client was not drunk at the the time of the collision.
"There is no doubt that [he] is innocent and the charge will be challenged in court," the lawyer said, echoing the sentiments of Oscar Pistorius' attorney.
Carl's trial was set to begin last Thursday - the same day Oscar was freed on bail after an explosive week of testimony - but it was postponed until next month.
Oscar's trial likely will not be for a couple of months. Even more incredibly, the lead detective in Oscar's case, Hilton Botha, is also charged with murder.

She won the match toward the end of the first round with her signature arm bar.
Rousey - a former judo star with only two years of pro MMA experience, wondered afterward whether this was truly "real life," adding:
"I felt like the UFC champion, and I know how hard I am working. This was a wild ride, and I can't wait to get back in the octagon."
Rousey is undefeated in seven professional MMA fights, plus she has the trash talking down to a science already.
Asked if she would be affected by all the media scrutiny and attention, Ronda issued a warning to all future UFC opponents:
"There's no amount of press that can save these girls from me."

A day after creating a stir by saying he is "ashamed of America," the conservative radio host talked in-depth Friday about exactly what he meant by that comment.
"The Left has beaten us," Limbaugh lamented. "They have created far more low-information, unaware, uneducated people than we've been able to keep up with...
"I've always had a Civics 101 view of the country: People get what they want, they vote what they want, and they get the way they vote."
Limbaugh went on to say Democrats "control the education system... pop culture, movies, TV and books" and they do it by creating "dependency," scaring voters into believing the Right will take it all away if elected.
"I'm fed up with it," he concluded. "I can't do it anymore.... The whole thing is shamefully absurd. I don't know how else to say it."

Lindsay Lohan's former assistant Gavin Doyle was issued a subpoena to testify at her probation violation trial, which is not exactly good news for the star.
It was Doyle, after all, who revealed to police that Lindsay Lohan herself was driving the Porsche that crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June.
Lohan reportedly lied to police and said Doyle was driving, and was subsequently charged with willfully resisting, obstruction, and providing false information.
And reckless driving, for good measure.
Lohan is still on probation for her misdemeanor jewelry theft conviction at the time of the accident, making the allegations against her a very big deal.
The Los Angeles City Attorney moved to revoke Lohan's probation in December, which could mean eight months in jail - for just the probation violation.
If she were to be convicted of lying to police and obstruction as well, that could conceivably tack on more time. Long story short ... she could be effed.
Lindsay's next hearing is scheduled for March 1, and Doyle is expected to testify sometime in the next two months. It's not looking great for the actress.
She's pulled many a rabbit out of her legal hat before, yes, but in this case, she's got her back pinned against the wall, and not in the sexy kind of way.
