Mayim Bialik Returns to Work, Will Be Okay Aug 17th 2012, 11:34 It was a close call, and a dangerous call, but Mayim Bialik should be alright. The actress was involved in a car accident with a vehicle full of tourists this week, going straight to the hospital and initially fearing that she would have to lose a finger that had been nearly severed in the crash. However, Bialik is now back to filming The Big Bang Theory Season 6, Tweeting appreciation to the cast and crew for their "love and support" and adding: "Doing ok. Grateful. And tired." Through her husband, the former Blossom star told fans on Wednesday that she was in a lot of pain, but "will keep all my fingers." Which is very good news. Now she can return her focus to another body part: The funny bone of viewers everywhere.
