Brown's rep says it's a Mexican Day of the Dead-inspired tattoo, and that there's no connection to his ex or any battered women, resemblances he damned. We'll buy that. Even Chris wouldn't have the audacity to tattoo Rihanna's bruised face on his neck. Probably. With these two, you can't assume anything. The outrage at even the thought of Chris pulling such a move - and the ridiculousness of the tattoo itself - instantly sparked a whole host of Internet memes.
