In response, gay right advocate Dan Savage lashed out at the man who made A.C. Slater and colorful tanktops famous on Saved by the Bell. Tweeted the columnist to Lopez: "Because you're a thoughtless jerk who just alienated the gay men you expected to buy your new line of crapper manpanties?" Burn, yo! The contentious issue of gay marriage Chick-Fil-A's unexpected role in the topic clearly isn't going away any time soon.
