Megan Fox Gushes Over Brian Austin Green, Reveals Weight Loss Secret Dec 28th 2012, 16:18 Megan Fox has earned herself the 11th spot in our countdown of Hollywood's hottest bodies. But the actress hasn't posed for any bikini photos in awhile because she only recently gave birth to her first child, a boy named Noah. "I can't work out yet because my body is still too fragile," the beauty told Us Weekly a couple weeks ago. So, how has she shed half the baby weight already? By ignoring items in her cookbook such as a Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe, for starters. "I try to eat whatever I want, but I don't eat any dairy, and I guess that's the biggest diet tip," Fox says. "Try and stay away from dairy - especially if you're a woman! It's really hard on your hormones." Fox says she's also lucky to be married to Brian Austin Green. Referring to the actor as "an amazing dad," she gushes over the Wedding Band star: "He does anything that I can't do at the moment because I'm too tired. Whatever's going on, he does. He's with the baby right now. He's the perfect daddy." Lucky gal. And - have you seen Megan Fox nude?!? - lucky guy, as well.
