Justin Bieber Debuts New, Hockey-Inspired Tattoo Jan 7th 2013, 12:13 Count Justin Bieber among those excited for the return of the NHL. While controversy swells around Bieber, photos of him smoking pot and his friendship with Lil Twist, the singer took to Instagram yesterday and debuted yet another tattoo, this one located on his upper left back and dedicated to both a relative and a favorite pastime. Explaining the ink - which is the Indian chief logo for the Stratford Cullitons junior ice hockey team - Justin wrote: "My grandfather always took me to the stratford culliton every friday night this is for u Grampa ... My man @chenterios hooked it up" That's the sweet Justin Bieber we know and love.
