Lily Allen Gives Birth to Second Daughter! Jan 10th 2013, 13:38 Lily Allen is a mother for the second time. A rep for the British singer has confirmed the news to Us Weekly, while Allen herself Tweeted this morning: "Quite overwhelmed by all the well wishing going on. THANKYOU everybody x x x" Allen, who welcomed her first child in November 2011 - a girl named Ethel Mary - struggled with miscarriages in 2008 and 2010. But she and husband Sam Cooper remained strong and are now the proud parents of another daughter. No word yet on her name or measurements. We send our very best wishes to the expanded family!
