Cory Monteith Checks Into Rehab Apr 1st 2013, 03:46 Glee star Cory Monteith has checked himself into rehab for substance addiction.  Monteith's rep confirmed to People that the 30-year-old entered treatment voluntarily. "He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery." This is Monteith's second time in rehab. He admitted in a 2011 interview that he had a substance abuse problem as a teenager and first sought treatment when he was 19. We wish him well in his recovery.
