Miley Cyrus: Spotted with Mystery Man! Mar 8th 2013, 20:45 The Miley Cyrus rumor mill is continuing to churn. With tabloids screaming that Liam Hemsworth cheated on his fiancee with January Jones, and with Cyrus appearing in public this week without her engagement ring on, many are wondering: Is this relationship over? And then there's this: Cyrus could not be tamed in North Hollywood last night, photographed trying to hide her face in the passenger seat of a car… alongside an unidentified male! Us Weekly has the scandalous Miley photo here. A close-up of Cyrus' ring finger also reveals that, once again, there is no 3.5 carat rock anywhere near it. Meanwhile, following a self-imposed hiatus from social media, Miley quoted Jeff Buckley yesterday and wrote: "Your soul can fly outward stringed to your ribcage like a shimmering kite in the shape of an open hand."
