Through her rep, the actress - who was dating her Glee co-star at the time of his passing - said simply: "We ask that everyone kindly respect Lea's privacy during this devastating time." Details of Monteith's death are still coming in, but the actor - who checked into rehab at the age of 19 and again just this past April - was reportedly out with friends in Canada on Friday.
