Miley Cyrus appears to be telling a couple contrasting tales when it comes to Liam Hemsworth.
As part of her new interview with Fashion, during which she slams the music scene as stale, Cyrus appears to open up about past trouble in her relationship with Hemsworth.
Referring to the track "Drive" on her upcoming album "Bangerz," the 20-year old tells the publication:
"I wrote it while I was working on Valentine's Day - emotionally it was such a hard time. It is about needing to leave someone, but not really wanting to completely cut yourself off from the relationship. It's a time when you want to leave but you can't."
Sounds a lot like Miley came close to splitting with Liam many months ago, doesn't it?
HOWEVER, according to the above video, Miley is telling pals that Hemsworth cheated on her with Eiza Gonzalez.
She's allegedly crushed over the couple's split and is pouring herself into her work more than ever as a coping mechanism.
Moreover, the latest report claims Miley is NOT dating producer Mike WiLL Made It, despite many other sources stating the contrary.
