Bobby Ruffin, the man who raised Adrian Peterson's son, says he is tired of all the media coverage and people feeling bad for the 2012 NFL MVP.
Adrian Peterson's son died Friday from severe injuries from an alleged beating. The boyfriend of the boy's mother has been arrested and charged.
The criminal suspect is Joey Patterson, not Bobby Ruffin.
While he doesn't blame Peterson, Ruffin notes that the football star didn't care about the boy because he met him for the first time at the hospital Thursday.
Peterson only learned he was the biological dad a few months ago. The child's mother had been under the impression that the father was Ruffin.
After she realized he wasn't, she contacted Peterson, who did not deny it, had the paternity confirmed by a DNA test, made made plans to meet the boy.
Due to his shocking death, he never got the chance.
Ruffin, who says he raised the boy (but who apparently wasn't in a relationship with the mother either), writes, "So tired of this poor Adrian Peterson sh!t."
"Let me blow all your minds. The boy who died was my son. Yes A.P. was the biological father but I raised him and he carried my name. Tyrese Robert Ruffin."
"I don't blame AP for not really caring cuz him and I both found out recently who the biological father was," Ruffin's Facebook rant continues.
The Minnesota Vikings star "met my son for the first time yest when my son was already in coma. I was here today when we pulled the plug, not him."
Peterson "was happily practicing and has no problem playing on Sunday. So yea this isn't all out yet but I'm sick of the poor AP sh*t. He didn't know or even meet my son."
"Sorry for the outburst but put yourself in my place."
