Bruce Jenner is no stranger to plastic surgery.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been open about botched procedures in the past.
But this isn't stopping Bruce from likely going under the knife once again.
TMZ confirms that Jenner met with a surgeon this week to discuss a Laryngeal Shave, which is used to smooth out once's Adam's Apple.
And while the surgery is typically reserved for those undergoing the initial stage of gender reassignment, Bruce has a simple answer for why he wants one himself:
"I just never liked my trachea."
Jenner says the procedure will probably take place early next year and it came up after he met with a plastic surgeon in response to the basal cell carcinoma that was removed from his nose this fall; it left a large scar that didn't heal properly.
Somehow, that consultation went from the star's nose to his throat and now he's set on altering his appearance for the umpteenth time.
