At a Florida concert yesterday, Sara Bareilles surprised fans with a very special, very courageous guest: a four-year old named Joshua who was diagnosed with Leukemia in February. "I want to do something really, really special tonight," Bareilles told fans. "There is a very, very special, brand new friend of mine who has come to the show and I want to introduce him to you. "You guys are going to fall in love with him the way that I did. Can we welcome to the stage… Mr. Joshua."
