The Voice picked up Monday night with the top six singing for their lives once again, and the margin for error smaller than ever as Season 5 winds down.
Still in it? Team Christina's Matthew Schuler and Jacquie Lee, Team Adam's Tessanne Chin, James Wolpert and Will Champlin, and Team Blake's Cole Vosbury.
Will the contenders continue to separate themselves from the pretenders, and will America weigh in with more surprising results after last week's results?
Let's break down Monday's performances by The Voice top six, each of whom sang their own ... along with their coach's pick on this double duty night:
Matthew Schuler first chose to sing One Direction's "The Story of My Life" in dedication to his family, then was assigned "When a Man Loves a Woman" by Aguilera.
Aguilera had Jacquie Lee attempt Janis Joplin's "Cry Baby," a very vocally demanding song, and Lee took on "The Voice Within" in dedication to her coach:
James Wolpert chose to sing The White Stripes' "I Fell in Love With a Girl," while coach Levine then had him sing Meat Loaf's "I'd Do Anything for Love."
Shelton's sole contender Cole Vosbury kicked off the episode by singing his coach's pick Hall & Oates' "Rich Girl," then later sang James Morrison's "Better Man."
Levine asked Tessanne Chin to tackle an acoustic version of Bob Marley's "Redemption Song," while she opted to perform Katy Perry's new single "Unconditionally."
Levine's Will Champlin dedicated Sam Cook's "Change Is Gonna Come" to his wife and daughter, then rocked his coach's challenge of Avicii's "Hey Brother."
