Duke porn star Belle Knox is not letting her newfound notoriety get her down, though she'll have a security detail when she returns to the school Thursday.
Washington native Knox (real name Miriam Weeks) became the most popular college freshman ever this month when her porn side job was outed online.
She's owning it now, that's for sure.
Belle Knox is raking in big bucks from books, films and her own sex-toy line, and $5,000 for one night alone at a Hell's Kitchen strip club Tuesday night.
"I have a lot of opportunities coming my way," she told the N.Y. Post. "I've been offered a paid internship at Pornhub in their PR and marketing development."
"At this point I am working to expand my brand and break down barriers that exist for sex workers," she added, "while also promoting sex workers rights."
Knox said she is planning to continue her education at Duke, despite what her exposure will do for her reputation in the eyes of her fellow students.
Her rep said that classmates at the prestigious North Carolina university have done everything from hurling death threats to setting up fake sites to humiliate her.
When she arrives back at Duke tomorrow, the 18-year-old will be escorted by campus security because of the "harassment issues," she lamented.
"I am planning on going back this week," Knox said Tuesday.
"But I am trying to fit my media appearances around it."
Knox says she already earned enough cash from sex films to pay for an entire semester at Duke - roughly $29,000, according to her lawyer, Terence Camp.
It's unclear how much she was getting for her sex-toy line, but her rep said the product will be a specially made mold of her privates, a la Farrah Abraham.

Ever the entrepreneur, she is planning to write a book and says she has already turned down a a $35,000 advance from a "major publishing house."
Despite all of that, Knox insists she is still a feminist at heart.
In a blog post this week on the popular women's website XO Jane, Miriam Weeks defended herself again, specifically for a video on a "rough sex" site.
She argued that the move was "feminist" because she enjoyed it, even though she was seen being choked and insulted while performing sex acts.
"I'm an ambitious young woman. I'm a student at Duke. Not a slut who needs to be punished," Knox wrote, despite deriving pleasure from "painful," "nasty," "name-calling-filled" sex.
"Pain arouses me; it just does ... I wanted to do a rough porn scene to take ownership of my fantasies. Feminism means I can take ownership of what I enjoy sexually."
"When I agreed to film that rough sex scene, I knew what was in store. Whatever choice a woman is making, even if it is a degrading sexual act, is absolutely feminism."
