Instead of ogling the latest Kendall Jenner topless, photos we thought we'd take a minute to honor breasts for their primary function: Breastfeeding!
It's World Breastfeeding Week, and many celebrity moms use their status to champion the cause. Take a look at 21 celebrity breastfeeding photos celebrating the occasion.
Gisele Bundchen breastfeeding and getting all made up for a modeling shoot. That is some impressive multitasking right there.
Breastfeeding has linked celebrity moms whom we wouldn't otherwise place in the same categories, like Mayim Bialik, who has published books on her parenting practices, which include extended breastfeeding, and Kourtney Kardashian, who got famous because her sister made a sex tape.
Seriously, when else would those two names appear in the same sentence?
One thing that these breastfeeding celebrities can and are trying to do by sharing their photos is normalize the practice of breastfeeding, which remains controversial worldwide for reasons no one can really determine.
Most recently, we saw Olivia Wilde breastfeeding her son in Glamour, and the Internet is rife with criticism of the GORGEOUS images. Wilde, however, doesn't seem to care.
They're boobs, okay? And babies have to eat!
