She's made the magazine's prestigious Best-Dressed Hall of Fame.
Dubbed the "Royal Recycler" because of her propensity to reuse clothes regularity, that hasn't stopped her rise to mega global fashion icon status.
In fact, it may have only hastened it and broadened her appeal.
