We have an update on the Justin Bieber, Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr love triangle thing that led to Bloom trying to punch Bieber earlier in the week.
As the entire world knows by now, the actor got into it with the singer after the two crossed paths inside a Spanish restaurant.
One thing led to another and Bloom attempted to knock Bieber out... with those things almost definitely having to do with Kerr, who split from Bloom last fall amidst reports that she had Bieber Fever.
According to E! News, Bieber did hang out with Kerr after the 2012 Victoria's Secret Lingerie Show, during which Justin performed.
"They were all out partying until early morning and the group went back to the hotel," a source says of Bieber and Kerr in regard to the 2012 fashion show. "Bieber and Kerr were acting flirty throughout the course of the evening."
Rumors later surfaced that Bieber and Kerr hooked up (while she was still married to Bloom), which prompted the beauty's rep to release a statement labeling this chatter as "false and defamatory."
After the night of the fashion show, Bieber "tried to reach out to Kerr several times," this insider claims, adding:
"She didn't entertain his attempts at maintaining steady contact - they texted a bit here and there. He was very persistent."
Bieber, of course, posted a picture of Kerr on Instagram within hours of his fight with Bloom, though he later took it down. He also posted a picture of Bloom crying.

As for Kerr's contact with her ex-husband, E! News says she and Bloom chat nearly every day due to their son, Flynn, and have spoken since the fight on Tuesday.
"Kerr speaks to Bloom every day because of their son," the source says. "They did speak since the incident between Bieber and Bloom, but did not talk about it as it's just all about their son. Kerr wants all of this to blow over. She is in Europe now just trying to relax with her son."
