Tyga and Blac Chyna have broken up, according to multiple news reports. The rapper, 24, and model, 26, had been together for more than two years.
After getting together in late 2011, the duo welcomed their first child, a son named King Cairo Stevenson, in October of 2012. So there's that aspect.
Tyga (real name Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson) and his baby mama, who also moonlights as a stripper, are attempting to keep this breakup peaceful.
"They have the cutest little boy, so they are trying to keep it amicable," one insider says of the duo's breakup. "They also have a lot of friends in common."
Besides their son, "Tyga is Kanye [West's] boy and Blac Chyna has gotten close to [his wife Kim Kardashian], so they don't want to make it weird."
It's true, she has been on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and seen out and about with Kim multiple times in recent years. Will that continue now?
We can only hope. Because we don't want it to get weird with Kimye.
Neither star has commented on the split, but Blac Chyna tweeted about her ex as recently as last month. "Ty & King got all my Loyalty and Love Forever!"
Here's hoping that they have at least some of it following this split.
