Total Divas Season 3 Episode 4 was a dramatic one, as a number of surprising developments occurred, and some of them were downright scary.
Back stage at RAW, Rosa Mendes flirts with fellow WWE Diva Paige and asks if she can give her a birthday kiss later. The sexy plot thickens.
Rosa is shocked that TJ didn't do anything for Nattie's birthday, and wants to make her friend happy by doing something nice for her in his stead.
Then a scary moment on Total Divas Season 3 Episode 4: Trinity experiences some intense cramps that are a result of her birth control implant.
She's had it removed, but is still experiencing some of the rare side effects that include nonstop bleeding, which will put a damper on one's sex life.
Ironic, for a birth control device meant to make that facet of life easier, but that's neither here nor there at the moment, as she needs some medical help.
Meanwhile, Brie gets impatient with Nikki at her latest egg freezing appointment, and Nikki worries about Brie's recent, often wild mood swings.
Daniel, too, is surprised by Brie's sudden outbursts, which if you watch Total Divas online, you know are becoming only more frequent and worrisome.
Nattie feels let down by TJ's birthday gift of an exercise machine, which she feels is a gift he put no effort into, and storms out, pondering their future.
Trinity is shocked at the doctor's office when she learns she needs uterine surgery, which she does not want to take any time away from the WWE for.
Trinity thinks Jon just wants her to get the surgery so they can have sex again sooner, but he argues that he is genuinely concerned for her health.
Rosa looks up a pole dancing class that she and some of the other divas can all take together. Summer Rae is down. Girl knows how to make it rain.
When Brie gets home, she's shocked to find Daniel and Nikki waiting for her ... it's an intervention! One that actually goes pretty well in the end.
Brie later gets some good news, as Mark from the WWE informs her that they want to get her back on TV that weekend. Also happy right now? Jon.
Or at least you would think, as Trinity gave him the gift of a stripper pole. But he seems to me more and more worried about her health concerns.
Trinity promises to go see the doctor before the end of the week, while Rosa has a heart to heart and buries the hatchet with Nattie over the other night.
Nattie realizes that Rosa's intentions are good, but she insists that things be kept to a normal friendship basis from now on without any more weirdness!
Later, Nattie meets up with TJ to talk, and realizes the extent of her issues. Then, Nattie hits TJ where it hurts: "I don't know if I can do this anymore."
