Especially when this English Bulldog is only 13 weeks old. Sure, it helps when these animals shame their owners, but it isn't necessary. A puppy Bulldog can just sit and stare and we'll be in total and complete heaven. So imagine how giddy we got when we came across this video, which features a 13-week Bulldog named Shelby who is sitting and staring... and looking all around in confusion. Because he's experiencing rain for the very first time and he has no idea what the heck is going on. Who is doing this? Where is it coming from? Why am I all wet?!? So. Gosh. Darn. Adorable.
