Demi Lovato: NAKED For Vanity Fair! Watch Video of the Sexy Photoshoot! Obviously, it was a fantastic image, and we thank her for it, but little did we know that it was only the beginning of Demi's sexy and inspirational body-positivity campaign. In the above video, Demi explains why she decided to go naked, makeup free and un-retouched for the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. Demi has struggled with eating disorders and self-esteem issues in the past, so it's a joy to see her display this sort of confidence.
