It's been almost a year since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their separation, and yet the couple has yet to file for divorce.
Rumors of Affleck and Garner getting back together began to circulate shortly after the split, and with good reason.
Sources say Ben never moved off of the sprawling estate where he started a family with Jen more than a decade ago.
The actors were spotted attending couples counseling sessions months after they announced the end of their marriage.
And perhaps most tellingly, Ben and Jen have been photographed together - both with their kids and on their own - dozens of times in the past year.
Just last week it was rumored that Affleck bought Garner an 11-carat diamond ring - one carat for each year they've been married - as a lavish anniversary present.
But just as it looked like the couple was soon to make their reconciliation official, rumors of a third party entering the picture began to surface online.
No, Christine Ouzounian hasn't been hooking up with Ben again.
This time it seems it's Jen whose eye has been wandering.
According to Star magazine, Jen was recently spotted getting friendly with her accountant at a bar and restaurant in Malibu.
"They were with a friend, but Jen didn't seem to care," a source tells the tabloid.
"She had on the biggest grin, batting her lashes and giggling at all of his jokes. She just melted."
Star adds that Garner and the "finance fox" (their words) clearly weren't discussing her 401(k).
According to one witness, Jen was "acting more like a googly-eyed teen" than a mother of three.
Sounds like we may be in store for the return of Sad Affleck.
