Miley Cyrus Teams With Borgore to Make "Decisions" Aug 22nd 2012, 19:14 We have news on Miley Cyrus, and it doesn't have anything to do with her haircut or her Twitter account. The singer has randomly teamed up with Borgore, an Israeli dubstep producer, for the track "Decisions," which is an electric dance number a bit out of Cyrus' typical comfort zone. It's actually hard to even make out Miley as the backup vocalist, though the artist Tweeted that she did, indeed, collaborate on the single.
