Today, it's the outspoken, model-gorgeous former Grey's Anatomy star! It seems like forever ago, but Katherine Heigl won an Emmy Award in 2007. She was that good on Grey's. Then she decided she didn't like the show. Or Knocked Up, the movie role that helped launch her into super-stardom. After quitting the ABC medical drama to headline movies, she made a fair number.
