Powerball Winner Surveillance Video: $384 Million Moment Captured on Tape? Nov 30th 2012, 16:17 A surveillance video from a gas station in Maryland has emerged, possibly revealing one of the winners of this week's Powerball jackpot, one of the biggest ever. The video shows a man in a yellow construction worker-esque suit showing what he claims to be a ticket with the Powerball winning numbers to a gas station clerk: Powerball Winner Surveillance Video Excited, the man exits the store but forgets to pay for his gas; one can forgive him for that momentary lapse. After paying the bill, then he drives away for good. If the video of the Maryland man is legit, he would split the $384.7 million (before taxes) with another winner, whose identity has already been revealed.
