Cressida Bonas and Prince Harry joined his relatives Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie on a ski trip this week.
This basically confirmed rumors that Harry is dating the socialite. "They are definitely dating, but it is not too serious," a mutual friend of the pair said.
"They have known each other a while, but only recently has it turned into more than friendship. They are not exclusive yet though, just having fun."
Still, it's the first time Prince Harry has been spotted in publicly embracing a new squeeze since splitting with former flame Chelsy Davy in 2010.
He was first linked with Cressida Bonas in mid-2012, though it was rumored she dumped him following the leak of those Prince Harry naked photos.
That was either untrue, or she got over it, at least according to their dinner date Wednesday. "Cressida climbed on to Harry's knee," a witness said.
"He started softly rubbing her hair and then they began kissing."
"It was quite passionate. Much more than a peck on the lips."

9. The couple attended The Dark Knight Rises premiere.
10. Bonas appears at 27 on The Tatler List - a list of "the people who matter" according to the upmarket UK magazine (Pippa Middleton was on the cover).
