Jay Leno Jokes About Job Status, Compares NBC to March Madness Mar 22nd 2013, 12:16 For the fourth consecutive night, Jay Leno has joked about the late-night mess at NBC. Well, he's talked about it at least. Joked would imply the references were actually funny. But with rumors circulating that Jimmy Fallon will take over The Tonight Show in 2014, Leno has been on the offensive all week. He compared network executives to snakes a couple days ago and last night he quipped: "Are you all into March Madness? People are talking about who's in, who's out, who's gonna be eliminated. And that's just here at NBC. I've never been in the paper this much. It's fantastic." Like we said, not remotely funny. But sort of edgy at least. Watch now: Jay Leno Monologue
