Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce Star in the First Still from The Rover Mar 13th 2013, 15:35 You've seen Robert Pattinson as a brooding vampire, now see him as a dirt-covered Australian in the first still from The Rover: The film stars Guy Pearce (Iron Man 3) as Eric, a man in a dangerous near-future Australia, whose only prized possession was stolen by a gang. Along the way to retrieving it, he meets an abandoned member of the gang, played by Pattinson. Scoot McNairy, Anthony Hayes, Gillian Jones, and David Field also star, with David Michod providing the script and directing. The Rover will premiere later this year.
