Man Bounces Bench Press Bar Off His Belly: WTH?!? May 29th 2013, 18:16 Well, this has to hurt. In all the wrong places. For some reason, the following video depicts a large man gearing himself up to bench press... only to remove the bar from its stationary location... bounce it off his belly numerous times... and then finally finish off his lift and walk away proudly.
