Former beauty queen, Playboy model, DWTS contender and controversy magnet Shanna Moakler has posted a photo of herself after getting liposuction.
And holding the fat that was literally sucked out of her body.
Shanna hit Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills for some quick body work - Airbrush Laser Liposculpture - and boy did she get her money's worth.
According to EBS, the plastic surgery doesn't require a scalpel, but a circular-shaped device that leaves a tiny scar that's smaller than a pencil eraser.
Shanna Moakler, 38, said wanted some extra help tightening up her stomach, which she had a tough time doing after giving birth to three kids.
She must be happy with the results, because she posted the above photo of herself holding a container of 2.5 liters (84.5 ounces) of her body fat.
