Not in this case. Justin Bradley made it home with minutes to spare. The airman in the U.S. Air Force didn't want his partner to be alone even if her birth plan didn't include him in it. So he made his way back to surprise her. As she went into labor, his wife had no idea he was en route. Twenty-three hours of labor later, Justin walked in just before their first child was born. Her reaction is one of shock, gratitude and overwhelming joy: Airman Returns Home Just Before Baby's Birth Now that's one moment the two of them will never, ever forget, and thanks to the video footage, their little one will get to experience it as well one day.
