The San Francisco resident recently documented her journey over three-plus months in which she worked out everyday, not just with the goal of losing weight, but also of feeling better about herself. "I have low self-esteem, I am going through depression, and I want to change all of that," Shurn says at the outset of the following video. "Next hundred days I will be on the journey of losing weight and finding myself." The footage is set to Rihanna and should serve to inspire anyone experiencing similar issues.
