A grandmother in Richmond, Virginia received quite a surprise with her burger and fries on Saturday.
Printed on her receipt next to "customer" was "b--ch a-- hoes".
No, REALLY.
Miss Lorel, who didn't want her last name used, said she saw the vulgar receipt when she picked up her food at the drive thru and immediately asked to see the manager.
Lorel told news station WTVR.
"He did apologize. He also called the young lady over and asked her, 'did you see this?' She just shook her head. He said it had never happened before."
But he wasn't concerned enough to refund her meal. So much for having it her way.
"We are obviously upset by the harm this has caused one of our customers," franchise owner John Naparlo said. The district manager claims they are "dealing with it".
Maybe all their employees need a refresher on not making their customers cry.
"This is more than an insult. I mean calling you names on a piece of a paper, that will hurt somebody," Miss Lorel told the news cameras, fighting back tears.
"I liked going there. But after this they won't get my business anymore."
Burger King reports the employee involved in the incident has be fired. Still no word on why that employee thought grandma was a b--ch a--hoe.
