A few weeks ago, this French Bulldog puppy nearly broke the Internet when he complained about getting his ZZZZs. And now we meet Pepper, a canine whose owner tried to arouse him earlier this month... to no avail. It's hard to say what's funnier: Pepper's refusal to start his day?
