So what is Justin Bieber in Cannes for that city's famous Film Festival this week? It's simple:
"I'm just here to swag," he tells a reporter in the following Instagram video.
That's not the only reason Bieber came to town, however.
The singer took his shirt off and rapped along to Tupac during a party earlier this week, while he also cozied up to Barbara Palvin during a yacht-based party on Wednesday.
The artist and the Victoria's Secret model were first linked romantically in December 2012, allegedly flirting backstage at a lingerie show.
And now an E! News insider confirms Justin "went straight over" to Palvin and "started chatting and flirting" with her on Roberto Cavalli's boat a couple nights ago.
"They were clearly really happy to see each other and were smiling, laughing and touching each other's' hair and face," the source says of Justin and Barbara.
But - wait! - it gets even more revealing. (You might wanna turn away right about now, Selena Gomez.)
Not long after reuniting with Palvin at the shindig, Bieber left for his suite at the Carlton Hotel... and a witness says the 20-year old model met him there soon after! We wonder why?!?!?
In related news, Bieber is supposedly on a mission to have sex with beautiful women.
