As though the Kim Kardashian-Kanye West wedding wasn't going to be enough of an obnoxiously lavish affair, details of Friday night's rehearsal dinner have emerged and, as you may have guessed - it will be insanely over-the-top!
While the Palace of Versaille rejected Kim and Kanye's wedding bid, officials will reportedly allow the power couple to host their rehearsal dinner in the iconic chateau.
Rumor has it, Kim and Yeezy are asking guests at the dinner to dress in a style befitting their historic surroundings, and are requiring everyone in attendance to dress in the style of French royalty.
Kimye didn't specify what era of French royal garb they're looking for, so it's possible that some of their family and friends will go all-in with Louis XIV-style powdered wigs, while others will cop out, put on a suit and tie and claim they're dressed as Jerry Lewis. He's like French royalty, right?
We expect Jay Z to go the latter route, but we're hoping Kendall Jenner's Instagram will show us what a trampy Marie Antoinette selfie would look like.
Given how uncharacteristically secretive they've been about the events leading up to the ceremony, we may never know for sure if Kim and Kanye actually turned their rehearsal dinner into a freaking costume ball, but would you really put it past them?
