Lana Del Rey's "West Coast" has been a hit on the Internet since it first hit iTunes last month.
The video that accompanies the song was just released today and it's unlikely to hurt the popularity of Lana's smash single.
While the 4-minute clip features few surprises, Lana knows how to giver her fans what they want: she's in SoCal, in slow-motion black-and-white, twirling and smoking cigarettes.
This video couldn't be anymore Lana Del Rey if it consisted of nothing but LDR screaming her name over and over. And that's what makes it great.
The song and clip are so solid even Lana's dad dissing Lorde on Twitter again couldn't slow them down.
We kid. Lana's had her feuds with other artists (she famously dissed Lady Gaga in "So Legit"), but that only adds to her carefully crafted "troubled chanteuse" vibe.
Besides, outside of Seth Rogen vs. Justin Bieber there are no great A-list celebrity feuds going on these days, so we hope Lana continues to tear down her rivals.
Fortunately, "West Coast" is a solid jam that will likely spend the next few months battling it out with Ariana Grande's "Problem" for the title Supreme Summer Jam.
We recommend that Lana and Ariana settle the score with some kind of sexy pillow fight.
