Because the two are in bed together and he's shirtless. Oh, and Moises Arias is 20 and Willow Smith is 13. Thirteen. While young Smith, wearing jeans and a top, stares off into the distance, Arias is shirtless and sitting up. Immediately, this raised plenty of eyebrows on social media. So who is this mystery man?
