On The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 15, sooo many secrets were revealed in this first segment of the Bravo show's reunion special.
Or so we were promised. You know how it is with these things living up to the hype, although in this case, the ladies' Atlantic City weekend did get interesting.
For Amber Marchese, the events of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 15 were a first, as she'd never been away from her kids that long.
To calm the nerves, her solution is to drink through the stress.
Sounds about right. Drinks are pounded from the get-go.
Meanwhile, Joe Giudice is at home alone taking care of the kids while Teresa goes on the girls' weekend and Milania calls her approximately 200 times.
The twins are late as everyone goes to play blackjack, which is a point of contention as you'll see if you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online.
For whatever reason Teresa Giudice and company are upset.
Teresa feels that the twins leaving the suite unannounced was a weak sauce move, and starts confronting them. It's not entirely clear why, but it feels forced.
"This is not a huge issue," Amber says, sort of incredulous.
"Would you like my left kidney? Would you like that?"
Teresa Giudice is not gonna take any crap. Her table-flipping reputation will precede her in prison, thanks to The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 1.
It seems not everyone present in the casino gets what's going on either: "I did not come to Atlantic City to babysit, and I am over it already," Dina says.
Same here D. We feel ya.
After some fun at the burlesque club, the ladies of the Garden State have a totally not scripted conversation about the first impressions they had of each other.
Dina does not take kindly to being called the Ice Queen, while Melissa admits she thought Amber was a know-it-all and well, that really hasn't changed.
Amber says Teresa came off "tough as nails," and Teresa says she didn't trust or like Amber, who has a breakdown at some point over this cathartic exercise.
Not everyone is disappointed that the game is over. "You hear that? That's the sound of the twins not talking," Dina says as the women go to bed. "Heaven."
On the after show, Dina told a caller that she was always on Teresa's side in the argument with the twins regarding "the rumor" about Rino Aprea.
Good to know. She also says that since Teresa Giudice's sentencing she's been in contact with her "more than ever" and that she is having a tough time.
At least she's off to the Orange is the New Black prison in Danbury, Conn. That place is bound to be just as fun as the Netflix series makes it out to be.
