The Georgia native has repeated come under fire from those looking to steal the spotlight, diminish her achievements, or just plain speak their minds.
"They're absolutely jealous," NeNe said of her haters.
"No ifs, ands or buts about that. I feel like girls are purposefully hired to gang up on me," she says, and her personal feuds are indeed adding up.
In doing so, the detractors are "doing exactly what they're told, like robots. The show has opened up so many doors for me, but it has a negative side."
Recently, NeNe Leakes and Claudia Jordan got into it on the show, with the latter showing no signs of deference to the Real Housewives queen bee.
Echoing what has become a very familiar refrain for her, the 47-year-old Leakes said, "I don't know if I have the patience for another season."
"All those women arguing is draining."
Critics might counter that NeNe, of course, is totally game for arguing as long as she's winning them, or generally regarded as franchise shot-caller .
"I'd love a spin-off or talk show," Leakes adds, noting that "five years down the road, I hope my entrepreneur-ness is in full bloom. I want to retire young!"
To her credit, NeNe Leakes' salary for The Real Housewives of Atlanta is unmatched, and she's made splashes on both scripted TV and Broadway.
In addition to growing lifestyle brand and other pursuits, she's always hustling, so criticize her all you want - maybe justifiably - but Brand NeNe?
