Baby Owl Stares Down Police Officer, Is Totally Chill Jul 26th 2015, 10:48, by Hilton Hater The baby owl featured in the video above has a message for owl haters: We're not all angry and mean!  Indeed, some are positively chill, as evidenced here after Boulder County sheriff’s deputy Sophie Berman crouched down in the street upon running into the animal. She recorded the meet-cute, which depicts Berman often saying "hi" and the small guy responding with a few friendly (we assume) clicks. The wide-eyed bird was content to just stand and hang for a minute or so before eventually flying away to continue doing... whatever it is that owls do during the day. Check out the fun footage now!
