Last night, Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away after a six month coma.
Today, we learned that authorities intended to investigate Bobbi Kristina's death as a homicide.
While a cause of death has yet to be determined, the criminal investigation may be called off, as TMZ is now reporting that Bobbi Kristina's autopsy has determined that she was not a victim of foul play.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's report does not offer any explanation for how the 22-year-old lost consciousness in her bathtub back in January, but it does rule out the possibility that Bobbi Kristina's condition was the result of an attack from boyfriend Nick Gordon.
Several sources say Gordon had been a person of interest in the police investigation into Brown's death.
It's possible he may still face some sort of criminal charge, and he'll almost certainly be sued for wrongful death by the Brown and Houston families, but it now looks as though he won't be charged with murder.
The medical examiner has subpoenaed hospital records from when Bobbi Kristina was first admitted in order to determine if drug tests that were performed at the time could reveal the cause of death.
Gordon has said repeatedly that Bobbi Kristina was using heroin at the time of her death, and he believes she overdosed. Story developing.
